Who we are

This website is operated by Priority Med Group, a UK-registered company. You can contact us about anything on this page at hello@prioritymedgroup.com.

What this site collects

Browsing this site does not require an account and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it:

• Booking a demo — the scheduler on our contact page is provided by Cal.com, which processes the details you enter (name, email, chosen time) to create the booking.
• Live chat — the chat bubble on the ViC page is provided by Freshworks (Freshchat) and processes the messages you send through it.
• WhatsApp— links to chat with ViC open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Messages you send there are handled under the ViC service's own privacy materials, which we share with pilot sites.
• Email — if you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

These embedded services may set their own cookies when you use them. The site itself sets none.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond promptly. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
