WhatsApp assistant for NHS urgent care waiting rooms

Took ViC from concept to a working demo: the conversation design, a multilingual content library spanning 10+ languages, proprietary wait-time logic, and a compliance pack covering information governance and clinical safety. Pitched to NHS partners and submitted to SBRI Healthcare and the NHS Innovation Accelerator.

An AI-assisted triage and documentation layer for a clinical live-support service: it separates clinical from administrative contacts, flags potential clinical red flags for mandatory human review, and surfaces relevant patient context so clinicians start each conversation informed. Designed safety-first, with an auditable clinical risk (hazard-log) framework underneath.
